Option A — Open a pre‑filled email (fastest)

The email should include your membership number, as well as a photo proof of your membership card. If you do not have your union membership card, attach a valid form of voter ID (e.g. Driving License/Passport) or university ID and Date Of Birth instead. You can either nominate another lifetime member as your proxy to vote for you or ask the extraordinary returning officer to nominate a “Poll official,” indicating how you want to cast your vote.
If your device opens webmail but Subject or Body are blank, use Option B.
Important: You must attach a photo of your Union card.
If you don’t have it, attach a photo ID (passport, driving licence, or university card) and include your Date of Birth.

Copy the Body and paste it into the message. Make any final edits you need. Attach a photo of your membership card or ID. Then send.
